Emails are not an entirely secure form of communication. There is the risk of them being sent to the wrong person or you may have given others permission to access your computer or emails. By contacting us via email we accept you agree to the terms & conditions of our email policy. Although we do have robust internet security measures in place email security cannot be guaranteed.

We do not accept or respond to emails for:

  • Cancelling appointments
  • Diagnosing or managing acute conditions
  • Urgent medical care
  • Medical advice
